Our season starts last week of February through April for green then dry carries on. White and Purple garlic are locally grown with irrigated using fresh water and natural fertilizers (GMO FREE). - Purple fewer number of cloves, strong aroma and pungent flavour yet not as strong as Baladi, Shelf life 6 month
